Synaura is a controlled design-partner preview that connects authorized business context, surfaces potential contradictions, and prepares reviewable context for approved human and agent workflows. Capabilities are labeled live, preview, planned, synthetic, or paused where applicable.
Access is invitation-based. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only the organization workspace you are authorized to access. Shared user accounts are not permitted.
You may not attempt to access another organization, bypass safety controls, upload unlawful content, interfere with the service, or use the preview beyond the written rollout scope.
You retain ownership of content you provide or connect. Synaura processes authorized data only to operate, secure, support, and improve the contracted deployment. Connected systems remain the systems of record unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Public self-serve pricing and checkout are not enabled. Any fees, scope, limits, and renewal terms must be documented in a written design-partner scope, order form, or other agreement before a paid commitment.
The preview is provided without a public service-level guarantee. Any uptime, support, maintenance, or incident-notification commitments apply only when included in a written agreement.
Retention, export, deletion, and termination procedures depend on the approved deployment and written agreement. Automated self-service export and deletion are currently paused. Requests must be sent to hello@synaura.ai and are completed only after identity and organization authorization are verified.
Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, generated findings, procedures, and actions are decision-support outputs and require authorized human review before operational use.
The preview is provided "as is" except where a written agreement states otherwise. Liability and warranty terms are governed by the applicable signed agreement and law.
These public terms may be updated as the preview evolves. Material changes affecting an active contracted deployment will be handled under the applicable written agreement.
