You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. One person per account; sharing accounts is not permitted.
You agree not to: reverse engineer the service, use it to store illegal content, attempt to access other organizations' data, or exceed reasonable usage limits.
You own your data. Synaura does not claim ownership of any content you or your team creates, uploads, or connects. We only access your data to provide the service.
Pricing is as displayed on our website. Access is by application. After onboarding, your selected plan will be billed monthly. Cancel at any time.
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance.
Either party may terminate at any time. Data available for export for 30 days after termination, then permanently deleted.
Synaura is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms. Material changes communicated via email 30 days in advance.
