Your email and name (for your account), data from connected integrations (Slack messages, Notion pages, etc.), and usage analytics (queries asked, features used).

How We Use Your Data

Exclusively to provide the Synaura service: Signal Coverage, Decision Memory, drift detection, and compiling signed skill files for your AI agents. We never sell your data or use it to train AI models.

Data Security

• All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3)
• Per-organization encryption keys
• Complete multi-tenant isolation
• Role-based access controls

Data Retention

Data retained while your account is active. Delete at any time from Settings. Account deletion permanently removes all data within 30 days.

Third Parties

We use industry-leading infrastructure providers for hosting, AI processing, and transactional email. Your data is not used to train AI models. No data is shared with advertisers.
