Connected systems remain the systems of record. Synaura may store authorized source content, indexed chunks, relationship metadata, evidence references, and derived classifications needed for the product. Deployment-specific retention, export, deletion, model routing, and subprocessors are documented during onboarding and security review.
Synaura does not intentionally use customer content to train public or general-purpose models. Provider terms and retention depend on the contracted deployment.
